No. While BeingBasic Design Studio is based in Alberton , we work with clients from all over South Africa and can provide our services online.
Clients first share details about their brand, style preferences, and design ideas. Once the brief is received and the deposit is paid, we begin designing and share concepts for review. Clients can then request revisions before the final design is delivered.
Our standard packages include a limited number of revisions to refine the design from 2-3 revisions. Additional revisions can be requested at an extra cost.
Project timelines vary depending on the design type and complexity, but most projects are completed within a few business days once all information and the deposit are received.

Yes. A deposit is required before any design work begins. This secures the project and allows us to start the creative process.
Clients receive high-quality files suitable for both print and digital use, such as PNG, JPG, and PDF. Other formats can be provided if needed.
Communication is done primarily through WhatsApp and email to ensure smooth updates, feedback, and approvals throughout the project.
Once the final payment has been made, the client receives ownership of the final approved design.
